Board of directors
The management structure of TEMA is ensured by a Board of Directors, supported by the Scientific Council, the Permanent Scientific Advisory Committee, and the General Assembly.
The Board of Directors is composed of the Director/Coordinator and several Associate Directors, who are responsible for the management and administration of TEMA. The Scientific Council includes all integrated PhD members and plays a central role in decision‑making, while the Standing Scientific Advisory Committee is composed of external experts of recognised merit from academic and industrial sectors, providing evaluation, guidance, and strategic advice on TEMA’s activities.
