Description

The Meltio M600 is an advanced hybrid additive manufacturing platform that combines metal 3D printing with integrated CNC machining capabilities. It is designed for the direct production of high‑quality metal parts, component repair, and functional prototyping using materials such as stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, and specialty alloys.

With this Metal Additive Manufacturing technology (DED – Directed Energy Deposition), it is possible to achieve:

  • Metal part fabrication from metal powder or wire, deposited layer by layer;

  • Hybrid Manufacturing: integration of 3D deposition with CNC machining for final finishing and dimensional accuracy within the same system;

  • Component Repair: restoration of worn or damaged surfaces on high‑value parts (e.g., molds, aerospace components, etc.).
