
The 1st International Symposium Bridging Engineering & Biology (1st BE&Bio) is an international academic event focused on fostering collaboration between biological sciences and engineering. The symposium aims to drive innovation in sustainable technologies and healthcare solutions by bringing together leading researchers from different scientific fields.
TEMA – Centre for Mechanical Technology and Automation is a scientific partner of the event. The programme includes the active participation of several TEMA researchers, highlighting the Centre’s international and interdisciplinary profile, namely: Júlio Souza, Postdoctoral Researcher at TEMA and member of the Organising Committee; António Ramos, Associate Professor with Habilitation; and Paula Marques, Principal Researcher and Coordinator of TEMA.
